Valeen Montenegro Vicente was born on 10 June 1990 is a Filipino actress and designer. best know as Valeen Montenegro. Her acting career started at Star Magic in 2006 launched by ABS-CBN's talent management.

Valeen Montenegro is the granddaughter of  actor Mario Montenegro, She studied at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde with the course of Fashion Design.
