Karen Mae Reyes was born to Ms. Claire Reyes a carinderia cook/ entrepreneur mother and OFW father who is now deceased. Karen was originally from Makati City until she and her family moved to Calapan, Oriental Mindoro, Philippines. She graduated studying in JJ Leido Memorial National High School in Calapan City.
